“My greatest desire was to avoid the cost of a trial through litigation, which would have added unnecessary cost to my ex-wife and young child as well as myself. It was equally as important to establish equal visitation rights for my child to ensure the least disruption to our child’s routine and lifestyle. Ms. Naset achieved that very outcome. I will always be grateful to Ms. Naset for her gifts, talent, integrity and fairness which led to true protection of my family during a very difficult time in our lives!”
“Throughout my yearlong custody battle, Katie Naset was there for me all the way. She was a great support for me and she encouraged me to stay strong and continue fighting for my rights as a mother. Katie answered all my calls and emails promptly, and we were able to satisfactorily settle my case out of court.”
