Jamie F. Deremiah

In October of 2009, Jamie made the decision to switch from the corporate world to a general practice. Now, at the Hope Law Firm, he handles a general caseload consisting of family, criminal, personal injury, and employment law clients. Jamie is licensed to practice in all state courts of Iowa, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Iowa. He is a member of the Polk County Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

Jamie was born and raised in the Beaverdale neighborhood of Des Moines, Iowa. After graduating from Dowling Catholic High School in 2001, he attended Cornell College in Mt. Vernon, Iowa, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with majors in Philosophy and History. In 2008, Jamie graduated from Drake University Law School and was admitted to the Iowa bar. During law school, Jamie clerked for both a general practice law firm and a national healthcare law firm, both of which provided him with rich experience in both the corporate legal world and many aspects of civil litigation. Following graduation from Drake Law School, Jamie was hired as an associate at the healthcare law firm.

Kirk W. Bainbridge

Kirk is a graduate of the University Of Iowa College Of Law. His practice primarily consists of civil litigation. Kirk began his practice of law representing underprivileged criminal defendants in Chicago Illinois in association with the Northwestern University Legal Clinic. Kirk returned to his home state of Iowa in 2003 and practiced with a large firm in Des Moines for many years.

Currently, Kirk primarily focuses on property claims for clients with insurance carriers that improperly respond, or fail to respond at all, to legitimate claims for insurance benefits. Kirk is also experienced in personal injury claims, employment related claims, business disputes, life insurance and annuities, consumer protection matters and trade regulation issues.

Kirk is licensed to practice in Iowa and Illinois state courts as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa.

Kirk was born in Iowa City, Iowa and raised in Sioux City, Iowa. He lives in Des Moines with his wife and two dogs.

Cynthia Lange

Cynthia Lange graduated from Iowa State University with her B.A. in Political Science in 2001. She received her Juris Doctorate from Drake Law School in 2004. She was then admitted to the Iowa Bar in 2005. Cynthia joined the Marberry Law Firm, P.C. in May 2005 as an associate attorney, assisting clients mainly in the areas of family, juvenile, and criminal law until October 2007. After her tenure at the Marberry Law Firm, P.C., Cynthia was hired on at EMC Risk Services where she managed workers' compensation and general liability claims for large-deductible and self-insured clients. She left EMC Risk Services in 2009 to start her own law practice.

Cynthia is currently a member of the Iowa State Bar Association, Polk County Bar Association, and a board member of the Polk County Organization of Women Attorneys.

Cynthia has lived in the Des Moines area since the age of 3, and is proud to be a citizen of Iowa. Both Cynthia, and her husband, Jared Lange, strive to be civic minded in the Des Moines area and the surrounding communities, through both their jobs and extracurricular activities. When not working, they enjoy frequenting local restaurants and supporting small locally owned businesses in the area, camping at Saylorville, Red Rock, and Aquahbi, and trying wines at the many various local wineries in the area.

Charlotte Ellen Keul

Charlotte received her Bachelor of Arts (Anthropology with specialization in Archaeology) from the University of Iowa in May 1997 and her Juris Doctorate from Drake University Law School in May 2003. Charlotte was a collegiate swimmer and soccer player at the University of Iowa. Charlotte is a member of Iowa State Bar Association.

Charlotte practices primarily in the area of divorce and child custody, visitation and child support litigation. She is a strong supporter of alternative dispute resolution and she has completed the Iowa State Bar accredited mediation training course.

Charlotte is an avid photographer and enjoys spending her free time with her husband, Brian, and their two children, Ellen and Anthony, as well as following the Iowa Hawkeyes.
